Refund Policy

At Reid Media, we pride ourselves on offering thoughtful, customized creative services — which often involve considerable time, strategy, and production efforts. To ensure clarity and protect both your time and ours, the following refund policy outlines terms for all purchases made through our site.

Strategy Sessions
Clients may request a full refund for a Content Strategy Session if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by email at kim@reid-media.com or phone at 813.304.3834.
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, the session is non-refundable. However, clients may reschedule the session up to two times at no additional cost.
Important: Rescheduled strategy sessions must be completed within 10 days (1.5 weeks) of the original cancellation. If the session is not completed within that timeframe, it will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Content Creation (Based on Approved Strategy)
Due to the nature of custom content work, all content creation purchases are non-refundable.
Once payment is made, work on your content begins immediately — including research, planning, writing, and/or design based on your approved strategy. Because this time and effort is dedicated exclusively to your brand, no refunds will be provided after purchase.

Social Media Management Content Batches
These packages are created specifically for clients who have already completed a strategy session. They include post creation, copywriting, scheduling, and platform optimization.
Because work begins immediately after your order is placed, all Social Media Management Content Batch purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you have questions about what’s included, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing to ensure the package meets your needs.

Custom Projects or Ongoing Packages
For retainer or custom monthly content agreements, the refund and cancellation policy will be outlined in the signed contract or proposal for that specific agreement. Typically, a minimum notice of 30 days is required for cancellations of ongoing services.

Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to:

Provide clear, accurate, and timely information needed to begin the project

Respond to communication in a timely manner to avoid project delays

Use rescheduling opportunities within the stated timeframes
Failure to provide necessary input or schedule services within the allowed time may result in forfeiture of service without refund.
